Works alongside the Women’s Faith Home Supervisor to support the daily operations, discipleship, and personal development of the women in the program. Provides encouragement, accountability, and hands-on guidance while helping create an environment where women can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and experience lasting transformation.
